Agreement Terms & Provisions
The following clauses govern all partner subscription tiers and digital placement on neuroregistry.co.uk.
1Who We Are & The Partner Service
Clayton Digital Group (trading as "Neuro Registry") operates an independent UK directory and resource platform for neurodiversity clinics, healthcare practices, and workplace support providers. Under your partner plan, Neuro Registry provides enhanced directory search visibility, profile promotional tools, verified partner trust badges, direct website/booking links, and patient and client enquiry routing.
2Rolling Monthly Subscription & Payments
Partner plans operate on a flexible rolling monthly basis, billed in advance via automated payments managed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a partner tier, you agree to recurring monthly subscription payments at the stated rate until you choose to cancel. Clayton Digital Group is not registered for UK VAT; all subscription receipts and invoices are issued with zero VAT charged (0% VAT, fully deductible as an allowable commercial business expense for your practice accounts).
3Cancel Anytime Without Charge
There is no minimum contract, lock-in period, or long-term commitment. You may cancel your partner subscription at any time directly through your clinic dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. There are no cancellation fees, penalty charges, or exit costs whatsoever. Upon cancellation, your partner listing benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, after which no further payments will be taken.
4Practice Responsibility & Platform Autonomy
You confirm that you represent the named clinic or organisation and that all details provided on your profile are accurate and maintained in good faith. Neuro Registry is an independent directory and information service and does not provide clinical advice or medical care; participating clinics and providers retain sole and absolute autonomy over their professional services, patient assessments, treatments, and client relationships.
Need a Formal Quote, Purchase Order (PO), or BACS Invoice?
We regularly assist NHS trusts, university medical services, and private healthcare groups with supplier onboarding forms, vendor setup, and direct BACS bank transfer invoices.
